Wonderful experience with Ann! She always does such a great job! I felt so relaxed and refreshed when I left. Definitely my go-to nail salon.
I made an appointment online for the Jackson Walk location. The confirmation said University Rd. I called to state that I wanted the Jackson Walk location and was told that is where my appointment is. I arrive to my appointment at Jackson Walk and I’m told I don’t have an appointment because they are not the same business. I’m new to town and had no idea. The best summary of this nail salon is you get what you pay for and perfection takes time! Tammy & Alex are both phenomenal! I ALWAYS get comments on the ombré on my nails. People either compliment that it’s the best they have ever seen or immediately want to know where I get my nails done. Pedicures are fairly basic imo from salon to salon but do enjoy the ambiance that is very peaceful and quiet which you don’t find much anymore!
