Simply phenomenal! Ive been with Jody for about 8 years now and I wouldnt have it any other way! She is the absolute best Esthetician in Rochester! I started with her when she worked elsewhere n followed her as she opened Polished and ive never regretted it!
This place is amazing!!! So welcoming and patient. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and arm pits and she was fast and the pain was like a 5/6 out of 10. I recommended all my friends to go here!
Called at 9:30 she answered told me it was too early not interested in new customer 🤷♀️
What an amazing experience! The ambiance of the place is so beautiful and relaxing you would think that was the best part . Nope the amazing waxing and Jody’s customer service took the show !!! Highly recommend.
Jody is the best esthetician in Monroe county! From facials, lash lifts to every waxing need you could think of she does it all! She makes you feel comfortable and calm even when nervous for your wax service. Her work is always A1!
