Second time going here and leaving with nails that make me want to cry because it’s so bad. Worse experience ever. If I can give zero stars I would. They just do your nails wrong and when you try to correct them are dismissive. They have no patience and just want to get you in and out and take your money. Do not let the older workers, especially older female, do your nails they don’t know what they are doing. Doesn’t speak English and gets upset when you try to correct her. I been looking for a new salon and the buck stops here. No one but Mario can do my nails. He mixed his powder like Im accustomed too which gives that natural classic look. Others dipped straight out the Easter color jars . This is his version of natural pink, ( powder overlay) he also shaped them exactly how I like without explaining over & over
Went to this nail salon a month ago and I wanted to bring awareness to the customers. First I was the last person to get my brows done, not one person cleaned or sanitized the counters. When customers get their lashes done, not one person washes their hands. I think its time for you all learn it yourselves, to protect your health. We deserved so much better. Please cleaned before closing. The health department can come at any given time.
