Second time here. First was a pedicure and now came to get strips put on. I looked at them and they looked very nice when she was done. But I kept feeling a prickly poke in the inner corner of my eye. I let her know and she attempted to fix it. I left and came back to ask if she could remove the lashes, trim and reposition them. The lady was was pleasant and had no problem with fixing the problem. It felt like she tried to remove them but couldn't. Second time going here and leaving with nails that make me want to cry because it’s so bad. Worse experience ever. If I can give zero stars I would. They just do your nails wrong and when you try to correct them are dismissive. They have no patience and just want to get you in and out and take your money. Do not let the older workers, especially older female, do your nails they don’t know what they are doing. Doesn’t speak English and gets upset when you try to correct her. I been looking for a new salon and the buck stops here. No one but Mario can do my nails. He mixed his powder like Im accustomed too which gives that natural classic look. Others dipped straight out the Easter color jars . This is his version of natural pink, ( powder overlay) he also shaped them exactly how I like without explaining over & over
