SEVERELY DAMAGED MY NATURAL NAILS AND CHARGED FOR IT! Asked for an acrylic fill and the nail tech shoved a nail tip under each of my existing nails to pop them off (while muttering to herself angrily). This SHREDDED my natural nail. I’ll have to wait for them to grow back completely. She also didn’t do the fill I asked for — she charged me for a full set, even though 9 nails were already firmly in place. Ridiculous, damaging and careless.
I went 3 times to get the pedicure, I like that they are very hygenic, they use disposable products, but I do not like that they do not clean well between my nails my feet do not need further care since my nails are healthy and I do not have calluses, but after 1 week my big toe nails hurt, I must always tell them clean well on the sides but they do it without wanting!

The nail art is elegant but still playful, and the lashes? Light as air and absolutely stunning. This salon is where beauty meets calm. From start to finish, you feel taken care of. I just moved here and have been looking for a new nail salon. I’ve given this place two tries and both times the same thing happened. I get dip manicures and both times, after only a week, the top coat started chipping off. They’re super detail oriented during the treatment and do great cuticle care, but my nails used to last for a minimum of 2.5 weeks and now they don’t.
