Walk in availability was helpful at first. I saw reviews recommending a certain tech for a pedicure and another for acrylic toe but I didn’t have a good experience. I explained what I wanted several times and showed a picture on arrival and throughout the process but I was met with excuses and another staff member making comments about me when they thought I left. I've had a great experience at Polished! It's a bright, clean, and comfortable salon. I've been in to get my nails done a few times (also had a great pedicure!) Michelle is very sweet and does such a wonderful job on my nails. She's meticulous and they turn out beautifully every time. Definitely book with her if you can!
My nail tech cancelled on me and I needed my nails done asap! I googled some places close by and came across Polished. As I perused through the reviews and pictures, Michelle’s name accompanied great reviews with pictures of her work and I was impressed. I called to schedule an appointment with her and from the moment I sat down, I was treated with her warm demeanor. She took the best care of my nails and executed it exactly how I wanted. She now has a returning customer. Michelle is the best!
