VERY DECIEVING WITH PRICES!!!! I called prior to coming in this past Sunday to see if there was a wait and to confirm the price for sns. I was told twice on the phone that removal and re-do was $48. So I took my cousin to both get our nails done- I was getting sns and she was getting gel. My cousins nail tech started off by filing her nails down quite literally to as short as possible. 10/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I waited over 25 minutes for service and I was skipped. I didn’t ask why I was skipped. I simply gathered my belongings and left. My husband said “don’t spend your money where you are uncomfortable”; so I left. I will not be back. Btw, I don’t believe the shop knows about “builder gel” because when I mentioned it, I got a crazy look.

asked if they could do walk in for acrylic fill and color change on toes no pedicure. they said yes. Sat me down in a massage chair and waited for 20 min. walked out didn’t acknowledge me while I waited or tell me how long the wait would be after sitting me down nor gave me colors to look at. went to sugar nail polish instead. a lot better service there.
