I had worked out today at Planet Fitness in the same plaza and I really needed my nails done. I've never been to this salon before. I write reviews whether the experience is good or bad. I had the pleasure of having Lily do my nails. Not only her professionalism shined, but her personality did as well. She made valid suggestions and she took her time with my nails(no tips). Just simply stay far away from this place ! Literally went in thinking im about to get done up and they started telling me what they can’t do ! Listen if a nail salon start telling you what they can’t do .. JUST GET UP AND GET OUT ! 9xs outa 10 they gone mess u up ! As another reviewer stated, this business is very deceptive with pricing. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place even for something simple. I understand inflation, but charging $20 to remove nails with nail clippers is price gauging at its finest. There are lots of other salons with better pricing in the area with great work. I recommend trying one of those.
VERY DECIEVING WITH PRICES!!!! I called prior to coming in this past Sunday to see if there was a wait and to confirm the price for sns. I was told twice on the phone that removal and re-do was $48. So I took my cousin to both get our nails done- I was getting sns and she was getting gel. My cousins nail tech started off by filing her nails down quite literally to as short as possible.
