Stopped in to get a mani/pedi while I was traveling. Disappointed with the results. The dip polish is really bumpy and uneven on the edges. They set a timer for the pedicure massage that made it feel really cheap and transactional. I learned while I was paying wt the end that there is a complimentary glass of wine with each service that I was never offered (those around me were).
Amazing time at this place. Me and my girl had a great time. We had Choe doing our nails if you like nails design she the best.
I think it’s really easy to find overpriced nails that are mediocre here. However polished nails was a great experience! The work was worth the time and I love my nails!!!!
The last two times I’ve been here I’ve left super unhappy which is a shame baches I’ve enjoyed this spa in the past. Last time I got an acrylic fill and was nicked with the drill badly enough to bleed. The nails looked nice afterward so I let it go but a couple of days later, my gel polish chipped. which was frustrating for a $70 service. I went again yesterday for a new set. They fixed another salons mistake and gave me exactly what I wanted. Im happy with my nails. 💕
