Turned out nothing like what I wanted. I asked before if they had the colors and if it was too complicated and they still turned out awful. So disappointed
I was honestly very excited to get my nails done for the first time here, so I had no idea what to expect... Sadly. My cuticles were bleeding by the end and even got my hands slapped a couple times due to the woman who was working on my hand, not sure why she was so upset. I have health issues that make me randomly twitch here and there, so I felt like a huge inconvenience towards her with my health issue that I can't control. This used to be my favorite spot for the last four years but not after my most recent experience, and I will not be returning again. First, the price that they told me for the builder gel manicure on the phone was diffent than the price they told me in person ($10 more expensive when I got there, $80 for the whole thing. ).
