I walked into this nail salon in a very happy and excited mood, looking forward to getting my nails done. I had already planned to get shellac, but I was unsure about the color and wanted to try a few shades, such as pink or a wine color. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable. The nail technician who assisted me was very rude. She repeatedly slammed the color sample sheets onto my hands, which made me feel uneasy and disrespected. i asked for simple french tip nails. they look clumpy, uneven and messy. i paid almost $100, to be unsatisfied. these were for my birthday, and i’m honestly really disappointed. she got the acrylic all over behind my nail, and didn’t bother to clean it up. my left thumb got cut by the electric nail filer. i will not be going back
Emily usualy does my nails but recently she kinda dropped the ball and felt little rushed. I did tell emily if she noticed that if french ṭip were bit thick than rest, she responded how so?
