Loi and his team if nail artists are like family to me. They do a wonderful job on my nails and toes! I've been coming to this place for over 5 years now
Last time I came the service was great. Whoever did my nails today did not even try at all. Bare minimum effort. Didn’t get full massage, nails rushed when it’s not even busy, everything was tacky.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with my experience here. The service felt poor and rushed from the beginning. There were multiple times when I tried to speak to the nail techs and felt ignored while they continued talking to each other in Vietnamese, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and inattentive. I’ve been here many times and have always had the best experience! Everyone is really sweet and accommodating, I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and glowed up 💕
This salon is beautifully designed and has a modern, welcoming aesthetic. Unfortunately, my experiences with the services did not match the appearance of the salon. One of the biggest issues is the atmosphere. During each of my three visits, the salon was extremely loud due to constant conversations among both employees and customers.
