We made an appointment more than a week in advance. They did not honor it, and the nail tech said we will “just have to wait around until she was available”. They were incredibly rude, and totally disorganized. Without communicating, they sat my 10 yr in a chair to wait for 30 minutes to wait without saying sorry we are running behind. Did a rush job, sloppy, and so rude. When I indicated that I wasn’t happy with the services, the young lady told me I should go home and do it myself.
First time client - Greeted at door - great client service - sister in law recommended - clean - aesthetic is gorgeous! - busy on Fridays *recommend appointment - wait time for walk in was not long Nail Tech(s) - walk in so 2 people worked on my nails - manicure/acrylic nail set short - The first lady was very gentle on my hands while working on manicure - Tony finished up my nails and helped match the color from photo I brought in. I’ve been going here for like 2 years now and I love this place!!!! Tony and Lee are amazing! Every time they do my nails, I always receive compliments!!! Tony and Lee are quick! I was also in and out within 50 mins with both a gel pedicure and gel manicure!!
Such a great spot! They are very friendly and accommodating. My nail technician was especially detail-oriented and took their time to shape and polish my nails perfectly. They really listened to what I wanted and even gave helpful suggestions on colors and styles that would suit me.
Tammy was absolutely amazing and was gentle and really did her thing Great place to go!!!!
