Made an appointment for a specific nail tech & was seated for a different tech without any explanation from anyone. Came in for a regular gel manicure & the tech did bio gel before asking me or confirming. By the time I realized what he was doing it was too late to say anything. I paid for a service that I didn’t even want but I will not be coming back here again.
