Not great. Very rushed (gel removal and manicure in under 30 minutes). Nails don’t look their best (gel doesn’t cover my entire nail), and my friend’s pedicure at the same time looked awful!! Have been 5-6 times but probably won’t go back.
DO NOT GO HERE. I went in here, expecting a simple soak off in S&S application and left with the most wretched acrylic nails and nail beds that hurt for days. I was originally quoted for a gel x SOAK OFF and sns application that would’ve been $65, whereas I was scammed and got to changed for acrylic. My technician ripped off my previous gel x extension using a nail tip. It wasn’t a soak off but a literal RIP OFF. I have never experienced the lack of awareness of care in a salon before. We did All-in manicure and a Gel Manicure and both were just ok. Overpriced for quality of service. They tried so hard to trick me and my daughter into upgrades, which I found incredibly annoying. We went to enjoy and relax together and having to politely argue for the service we requested was annoying. The price increased from door to seat for no reason. Service was just ok. Today, I visited Polished Nail Bar Park Road located at 4151 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209. I’m using my personal 5-star system, which rates based on cleanliness, service, massage chair, price, and decor. The salon was not cleaned by professional standards. They do not use disposable plastic liners for pedicures like most quality salons. Instead, the tubs are quickly scrubbed with only a brush and no soap between clients.
