DO NOT GO HERE. I went in here, expecting a simple soak off in S&S application and left with the most wretched acrylic nails and nail beds that hurt for days. I was originally quoted for a gel x SOAK OFF and sns application that would’ve been $65, whereas I was scammed and got to changed for acrylic. We did All-in manicure and a Gel Manicure and both were just ok. Overpriced for quality of service. They tried so hard to trick me and my daughter into upgrades, which I found incredibly annoying. We went to enjoy and relax together and having to politely argue for the service we requested was annoying. The price increased from door to seat for no reason. Service was just ok. Today, I visited Polished Nail Bar Park Road located at 4151 Park Rd, Charlotte, NC 28209. I’m using my personal 5-star system, which rates based on cleanliness, service, massage chair, price, and decor. The salon was not cleaned by professional standards. They do not use disposable plastic liners for pedicures like most quality salons. Instead, the tubs are quickly scrubbed with only a brush and no soap between clients. Although staff is nice our whole appointment was very rushed. Also, when they started my water in my pedicure bowl I had to tell the guy there was a roach floating in the water. Our pedicures were over in like 20 minutes. Our heels were not scrubbed enough. Our massage was about 2 mins. No dead skin off… my “flower” doesn’t look like a flower. I’ve been to this location before and had a positive experience. I don’t know what has happened.

When arrived I said a mani and pedi for my guy and and pedi and s&s for my hands. She starts massaging my arms and and back and they put wax dip on our feet without asking us. I said a basic mani and pedi. It shouldn't have been $140. We were over charged and I won't be back. My nail polish on my hand and feet chipped the very next day.
