The salon itself is beautiful, it's big with plenty of seating, a big parking lot and well staffed. So do not expect a wait! They give you a complimentary drink that could be champagne, wine, soda or water. They also have tons of colors to choose from for polish, gel and SNS. The service itself and quality was unfortunately not great. I got a basic mani and basic pedi but I noticed I was charged for the 'all out' mani. Not a great experience here. Rushed, never asked me to wash my hands so I left with fuzzy cotton pad on my nails. It was kind of rough and didn’t give a hand massage or cuticle oil. All to charge $75 and ask me to Venmo him. The nails themselves look fine minus one bleeding cuticle. The second photo is the reference picture I gave him
Not great. Very rushed (gel removal and manicure in under 30 minutes). Nails don’t look their best (gel doesn’t cover my entire nail), and my friend’s pedicure at the same time looked awful!! Have been 5-6 times but probably won’t go back.
DO NOT GO HERE. I went in here, expecting a simple soak off in S&S application and left with the most wretched acrylic nails and nail beds that hurt for days. I was originally quoted for a gel x SOAK OFF and sns application that would’ve been $65, whereas I was scammed and got to changed for acrylic. My technician ripped off my previous gel x extension using a nail tip. It wasn’t a soak off but a literal RIP OFF. I have never experienced the lack of awareness of care in a salon before.
