When arrived I said a mani and pedi for my guy and and pedi and s&s for my hands. She starts massaging my arms and and back and they put wax dip on our feet without asking us. I said a basic mani and pedi. It shouldn't have been $140. We were over charged and I won't be back. My nail polish on my hand and feet chipped the very next day.

90$ for the worst manicure/pedicure. The guy did a horrible job. He didn't even washed my hands/feet or clead my cuticles after polish. The polish was thick and looked like done by a kid. He just kept saying beautiful for an awful job. He had to file my nails and put a top coat again. The polist didn't cover my nail, it looked like if my nail was growing. The worst, two days after the gel polish starts peeling off.

Walked in on a Saturday morning and thought that we had to wait because there were many people sitting in the front waiting area - it turns out they were employees that worked there, some with their shoes off lounging on the sofa with a dr... read more

The pricing is just crazy. I paid $75 (without tip) for a gel pedicure. Yes, it was a more deluxe one that included a scrub but they didn’t tell me the price and I did not expect it to be that drastic! Maybe I’m just cheap when it comes to nails but I felt ripped off.

My photo is on the left and the inspo is on the right. When I asked for this shape after coming in with overgrown long acrylic nails, I asked that she not cut them down too much to where the shape is compromised. I was told that “it’s a model and can’t change my nail shape” when I told her we could if they remained longer. I said let’s keep them longer since you’ll likely file them down, she then responded “I won’t file down that much”. These are much shorter than I wanted. The gel bubbled up on each finger, it’s not smooth ... read more
