I’ve been going to polished for almost 2 years now! I’ve seen most of the girls and see Jenna regularly. They are all phenomenal and always keeping up with new trends. The atmosphere is very chic, clean, and relaxing. I’ve also booked a party there for my sister’s wedding and Malina is very easy to work with and accommodating. Everyone is so friendly. I always look forward to my visits with Jenna!

Best nail salon in Buffalo. Polished is by far the most beautiful chic space. It has a very inviting atmosphere and super friendly, highly trained staff. They use high quality products and really care for the health and condition of your nails. The attention to detail in this space truly makes you feel special and pampered, from the warm neck wrap to the glass of rose the experience is one of a kind. EDIT: emailed twice at the owner’s request to “resolve the issue” and never heard back! Awful experience. I booked a service for my friend and I. When we arrived they alleged there was only the 1 service booked, and suggested my friend come back later. Zero effort to accommodate their mistake and absolutely zero empathy. I’ve been coming here faithfully as a client for well over a year now and was really satisfied with the overall quality of their work… however on a few occasions I was left waiting for my service. The single time I had to show up late for my scheduled manicure I walked in 7 minutes late and was told that they would not be able to paint my nails or massage them.. but had I been 5 minutes late they could have still done the polish.
