9 Years in and my Barber has been my longest relationship. ; ) The Polished Men team is fantastic and personable. You’re not just another cut, they genuinely make you feel like family and get to know you. They’ve grown so much over the years, and it’s been amazing to see how much they focus on improving every aspect of the customer experience. Thought I could find a new place to get a haircut instead of traveling 40 min to weatherford. But I showed my stylist the picture I wanted, also told her I wanted the top short so it could be spiked up without laying back. I told her shorter and she said in a rude way “are you serious?” Which was totally uncalled for. Yes I’m serious it’s my hair I’m paying you to do what I asked for? Won’t go back because of her.
