Cleaned our home for almost 2 years. Recommended her to a bunch of neighbors who started using her, then completely ghosted us. Didn’t show up on normal clean day. Completely unresponsive to attempts to contact her. Found out from neighbors that she is still cleaning for them. Beyond unprofessional. Ended up hiring a wonderful Hispanic woman who does more in the house in a shorter period of to time for the same amount $. If you are looking for someone reliable and dependable, don’t choose Polished.

I love Samantha! After trying way too many different cleaners and house keepers, I came across Polished Home and decided to give them a try. We started with a deep clean then a regular and were so happy with them we signed up for recurring cleanings. As someone who enjoys cleaning and is more than a little OCD, I can tell you Samantha works super hard and doesn’t miss a thing.
