I had such a great first experience at Polished! The first thing I love about Polished is how much they care about making you feel comfortable at your appointment. Everyone knows going to the dentist is not a fun experience. At Polished, when you sign in for your appointment they offer a complimentary “comfort menu” with items such as fuzzy/weighted blanket, noise canceling headphones, neck pillow, and Netflix, all to make your appointment as comfortable as possible. I had the absolute best experience at Polished and can’t explain how grateful I am to Dr. Sara and her assistant Alexis for saving me after a traumatic emergency where I chipped both my front teeth. I called the office after the accident late Friday night not expecting a response due to it being the weekend and Dr. Sara called back promptly and offered to come in on her day off to help me the following day. This is a 5 star dentist recommendation. I call the experience a Spa Dentist Office. I am in my late sixties and will never again search for a dentist. The light filled areas, top of the line equipment, staff support, and Dr. Gerri herself have given me the best care Ive ever had at a Dentist. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone. I recently went in for my annual cleaning, and it was such a fantastic experience—it truly didn't feel like a typical dentist visit! The receptionist, Jesse, was so welcoming and took the time to show me all the office amenities before my appointment began. My hygienist, Crystal, was equally amazing; she explained every step of the process thoroughly, which made me feel completely at ease.
