We had high hopes since the customer service and reviews are so good. The chemicals and smell gave me a headache within 15 minutes of being home, we had to open every window in the house. They did not even fully vacuum every room. Our laundry room and doors were not even cleaned. The toilet was still dirty. They dusted and cleaned the lights, the fridge, and the microwave well. Update from 1 to 3 stars: they reached out to me and offered to fix the rest of the house and a discounted rate. Great customer service!
She was professional, polite, and wonderful. Attention to details and very patient.
