They moved my appointment without asking me after they had confirmed it. They also did not inform me of the appointment being moved. I showed up for my 8am appointment and there was nobody there, which wasted my time and money (paid for parking, moved my shifts etc). Customer service regarding the situation was absolutely terrible. I have been there many times and this level of unprofessionalism is an absolute joke. My appointment got last minute via email and not even a phone call. Didn’t even offer to book me in with someone else at the same time or different time. Disappointing as I had this booked in a week in advance.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Their attention to detail is exceptional and they truly take their time with each manicure, never rushing the process. The team is incredibly professional, the space is clean, and their technique is amazing. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers and love what they do, they are passionate. Maryam did my nails today, she is exceptional and I feel like I never have to tell her what I like because she remembers and understands! She wants you to walk out happy :)
I have been a regular customer for one year at Polished Atelier but sadly their customer service has deteriorated immensely. The service they provide is at a premium expense, however the way they treat their loyal clientele does not match what they charge. On multiple occasions, despite having appointments booked, they cancelled my appointments on late notice leaving me without a nail appointment for special events.
