I called while I was in town for the holidays to see if they took walk-ins. They asked what I needed and I said a Build a gel refill. They told me to come right in. When I got there they asked me again what I needed and I said I need my Build a gel filled in. I sat down and was not offered me a drink, so I did ask for one, and they got me one.
