I have gotten my nails done at Polished 31 for the 4th time yesterday. Every visit has always been a pleasant experience. Not only is it reasonable in pricing for the works (for me, pedi + mani SNS), but the customer service, scheduling, and service all around is of the best quality. I don't have to feel judged for the state of my feet or hands, nor do I feel self conscious when I get stuck on selecting a color or pallet of colors.
