Tried booking on line and was told to text. Followed directions and let them know I was looking for structure to be added. I have a big bday coming up and wanted my nails to look nice. Well wouldn’t you know they booked my appt wrong after several back and forth. Walked out with nothing…..my nails have remnants of old gel and gelx. The receptionist was doing her own nails when I walked in and received zero greeting… Glad she was taken care of…
