I’ve been to Polishe Nail Bar multiple times, but this is the second visit in a row where I’ve received terrible customer service. I walked in with no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. The staff was extremely rude, didn’t show me any color options, and didn’t even bother saying hello. I waited for 40 minutes, and no one spoke to me the entire time—I felt completely invisible. My nails and toes look good. But the attitude I received wasn’t pleasant. I wasn’t even an angry customer and just cause I didn’t know the “nail lingo” people had an attitude with me instead of actually listening to what I was asking. I literally pointed and demonstrated how I wanted my French tip curved. Bad attitude overshadowed the work.
I came in with an "idea" and my tech brought it to life‼️ I am so happy with the result!!
I had a terrible experience at Polish Nail Bar. The staff were extremely disrespectful and made me feel unwelcome the entire time. My English isn’t perfect, but that doesn’t mean I should be treated like I’m stupid.
