I’ve been coming to Polish’d for over three years, and I’ll never go to another nail salon. Every time I leave, I absolutely love my nails — and they last beautifully for 4–5 weeks.

Got my first ever nail extensions here (Gel X). Kept asking questions and for recommendations and the tech Xingyu actively raised his voice at me three separate times. At one point, I asked to shorten them a bit and he threw my hand down, laughed, and started talking about me with a colleague very obviously. Just kinda impolite? The nails also look really trashy but that might be more on me than on him. Got them removed by the end of the day. Never coming back here and I strongly suggest you don’t either.

Be ware of different prices for the same service. Especially if they think you are rich. My daughter-in-law stopped coming here due to prices fluctuating with her nail technician Jay. However, I didn’t get the memo so I continued thinking I was crazy and must have just forgotten design prices. But, last week I made sure to reevaluate the website and review the price chart in person. So I did my regular gel fill with shape, color and design. I went in as I was giving my nails, a break from any wrappings, etc. asked for a basic shaping and polishing of the nails. It was a disaster. The strokes were messy and inconsistent. They shaped my nails, horribly it look like a kindergarten student could have done it. I don’t know the name of the woman but I was very dissatisfied. No reason to go back for tips with designs that require details. Would not recommend. This maybe their favorites posting good reviews. However, this solidifies all the 1 star reviews I see here.
