For this place to be a small business, they operate terrible ….i texted the number on the business card the nail tech gave me after she did my nails . 5 days in a row i tried to book an appointment, no reply nothing .. like I started feeling like I was bothering her ..never responded offering a time .. or even another nail tech !!! Be mindful when spending your money that your not doing them a favor ! You trying to book a service !!! Too bad I cannot leave 0 stars. I am new to the Seattle area and am in search of a black owned business. Came across this nail salon which claims to be “Black Owned” but when I called to confirm that information I was greeted with rudeness and attitude by what I’m assuming was an Asian or Chinese woman (something of that decent) she avoided answering the question and said “my business is the same as others” and then I heard someone in the background telling her to just hang up. these are my girls!! i love them, the shop, the vibe! so friendly & they always handle business. we can never stop talking when i go! mimi, kassie, sierra & the whole team! i've been going here for 2 years since i moved here from louisiana & they were some of the first people to make me feel at home! they just renovated & now you can also get your hair done along with some good TLC! it's worth it!
Kassie did it again as always! I love my nails & my lashes. Retention always on point. She’s so sweet and always make sure I’m happy with my services. Thank you for your great work & customer service
10/10 I would I highly recommend ! Kassie is my go to girl , she’s very professional and very artistic when it comes down to doing my nails .She eats down with every design! She also does my lashes , them lash retention 3-weeks. Nothing but the best! Mimi does all my pedicure nothing but sweet and amazing !
