I went in today at 11 and my appointment was at 12 and they were able to take me in early. An older gentleman (not sure what his name was) did my nails and he was seriously soooo sweet 🥹 Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and my full set came out exactly like the inspo picture. I loved my experience so much I already booked my appointment for my fill-in. Thank you to Polish Spa & Nails!
Gel manicure chipped after 2 days, not doing anything out of the ordinary. The person doing my manicure asked if i wanted a shimmer powder applied to my nails, and didn’t tell me it would cost extra until after she started and i had to awkwardly say i don’t want it. She didn’t even cover it up properly and the shimmer can still be seen on 1 nail
I’m not sure how it’s taken me this long to leave a review, but after a few months of coming here, I can confidently say every experience has been amazing! I found POLISH SPA & NAILS on TikTok and originally booked with Jolene, but ended up sitting with Vincent instead. I wasn’t worried at all because after seeing Jolene’s work, I knew I was in good hands, and I was absolutely right. Kevin did an exceptional job on my nails and toes! The place is spotless, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. The wonderful music and stylish decor create a relaxing atmosphere. I've been looking for a trustworthy nail salon, and I’m so grateful to have found this one ♡
