I never had an appointment but I was charged. I called the salon at 12 PM to ask if there was an earlier appointment for the next day, they said no. I am a therapist and sometimes my schedule shifts unexpectedly, and I understand this is a business and that they need to have some accountability for people showing up. I called back at 1:30 to cancel, she said we have a 24-hour cancellation policy, I said I understand, we are at about 23 hours thinking she and I would discuss, she said "sounds good" and hung up. This was the best mani/pedi that I have ever gotten. My mom, sister, and I came here to get our nails done for my sister’s wedding and it was such a great experience. Desi was my nail technician and she was amazing. She really took her time and her attention to detail was great, checking to make sure each nail was even before curing and taking time to even out the nail shape before painting. Lovely pedicure, and they let us bring in wine. We were celebrating Mother’s Day and felt very pampered when we left.
