It saddens me to have to write this review but I’d hate for others to endure the experience my mom suffered through recently. I want to start this off by saying that she’s a regular here. During the manicure, they cut her and she asked for topical ointment to help with the pain/bleeding and they laughed it off. Extremely unprofessional. They followed up with gaslighting her with a statement “You don’t need it you’re fine.” Inexcusable. My mom goes there for a relaxing experience.
