The woman doing my nails ignored me when I repeatedly asked her to not file the edges of my nail as I wanted to keep the square shape. She ended up filing one toe into a weird rounded shape while leaving the other square, so my feet looked completely uneven. When I politely pointed out that they didn’t match, a man came over and immediately acted offended and defensive instead of trying to fix the issue. The attitude from both of them was unbelievable. I love going here. I live in Mission Viejo but take the time to come to this place for their consistency and easiness to make an appointment online. I like to make my appointments with Jenny since I really appreciate her technique and skills! Ive recommended a couple of my friends to this place as well! Pricing is consistent and fair in comparison to other salons. Definitely worth checking out.
