I've tried most of the nail salons in Marshall since I'm still new to town and this salon blows every single salon I've been to out of the water, nothing compares! Mailai was my nail tech and she did so well and was easy to talk to. I had her full attention which is rare to get at nail salons most of the time.. Also the fastest I've ever been in and out of with an appointment! Emily did an amazing job with my pedicure! The staff are very kind and welcoming, the salon is clean, and the prices are great.

Worst experience ever! Horrible nail job, rude manager, took forever! Tried to talk with owner (I believe) thought things were resolved, she offered appointment to get nails fixed by different nail tech next day. Went there next day, they apparently never received email so they booked someone else. Wouldn't even try to find time to fix the nails. Offered a gift certificate because they weren't able to find time before prom to fix them. I declined gift certificate, just want money back, only offered to refund half Had to go t... read more
