this place does not even deserve 1 star! when i made my appointment the lady on the phone asked me NOTHING except what i had on my nails before which i told her gel…. coming in for an appt at 1 i arrived 15min early.. for the girl to sit me down then proceed to ask what is on my nails she says dip right ? and i was like no? i said gel on the phone then she started using a tool to take it off… out comes a nail tech. who rudely tells me immediately that claudia does not have time for me today and will not be doing a design and... read more

Was visiting from out of town and got a gel manicure. After just a few days, 80% of my nails have the polish lifting off from the edges. I’ve never had this happen before, but is definitely disappointing!

Edited 6-6-25.....this is what my nails look like after a week with Ebony's Dip. Cracking on several nails. I had even mentioned this to Kevin one time that I saw him because this happened before with Her. That's 2 times now. Ebony did a terrible job on my nails with Dip. She was late first off, by about 15 minutes. Then she was huffing and sighing throughout the entire appointment as if this was a bother. Have been going here for years and everyone used to be super friendly, but almost once you become a “regular” they become rude and talk other clients instead of you. Also, recently my nails have turned out thin and “cheap” and crack almost the next day. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but it sucks paying $45+ and having them crack literally the next day. Initially, they look good though!
