Second time coming to this salon and I will never come back. The nail tech filed my nails AFTER putting polish on and wouldn’t you know 6 days later they are all chipping and peeling. Old polish used and very thick and bubbly.
The positive is they have open availability and can get you in quickly (same day), and the location is convenient. Unfortunately, thats about it. I've been searching for a good nail salon in lake orion for a while and gave this place a shot for a pedicure. The pedicure itself was fine, no issues, just okay. The biggest issue in my opinion is (and i love dogs, i have 4 of my own) that there is a little dog wandering around the salon, jumping on people. this place does not even deserve 1 star! when i made my appointment the lady on the phone asked me NOTHING except what i had on my nails before which i told her gel…. coming in for an appt at 1 i arrived 15min early.. for the girl to sit me down then proceed to ask what is on my nails she says dip right ? and i was like no? i said gel on the phone then she started using a tool to take it off… out comes a nail tech. who rudely tells me immediately that claudia does not have time for me today and will not be doing a design and... read more
