I was really excited for my first ever nail appointment, but left feeling upset and uncomfortable. Communication was poor and repeatedly disrespectful, and I didn’t end up with the nails I asked for. I said yes when my tech (Karina) asked if I liked them just because I wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
Mikaylia did my nails and absolutely nailed it, I’m obsessed with them!
Jonathan never disappoints when it comes to my nails! He is always so patient and kind!
Nail day is always my favorite day! Mikaylia is the absolute best!
