Very clean, friendly staff, I am not a spring chicken and don’t walk too well. The technician helped me in the chair and gave a great pedicure.
Very nice and professional staff very clean interior.
I came in the evening at 5:40 the girl who was behind me went first this was my first problem. Second I was never greeted when walking in there was a tablet with little very directions. After figuring out how to use the tablet I waited for 45 minutes no one ever informed me of a wait or anything I just sat with no idea when I would get in. I left after waiting for a hour I’m not one to leave a review but leaving customers sitting for a hour never informing me it would take this long is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve visited this salon three different times because they do great work, but unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I’ve tried to schedule an appointment over the phone, I’ve been told to just walk in. Each visit has resulted in me waiting over an hour before being seen. The most frustrating part is that during my last visit, I watched people who had just walked in get taken back before me, even though I had already been waiting.
