I’ve visited this salon three different times because they do great work, but unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I’ve tried to schedule an appointment over the phone, I’ve been told to just walk in. Each visit has resulted in me waiting over an hour before being seen. Easily a wonderfully relaxing pampering experience in a warm friendly professional environment. Infinitely gorgeous colors with many techniques to choose from. This was my first time. I'll be back! Thank you for a great nail salon experience. AI actually told me this was the most highly rated salon around Kingsport. They were on point!!!! Thank you.

My girls love this place! My daughters have tried most nail joints in the area just to be disapointed and over priced. This place was their fix. Great service, impressive work, and reasonably priced.
