The owner does not meet professional standards. Based on previous reviews and experience the owner often responds defensively and retaliates if feedback is negative. Treats employees, and ex-clientele very poorly. Would definitely suggest supporting another business that isn’t focused on being money-hungry and has a better and more respectful environment for each individual.
The owner is very immature and unprofessional for her age ! as you can see by her very defensive and poorly mannered responses . Save your money and go somewhere else ! There’s a reason why she gets so defensive because she can’t handle the truth ! As an owner you should improve and make ur business better so ur customers come back ! I’m sure she will reply to this very poorly as well !
