First I would like to say that Kathy, the maid that did the cleaning was FANTASTIC! It was the best cleaning job I have ever had. Then on the Bad side, the supervisor or manager or whatever she was, left a lot to be desired. First of all I asked for 2 maids and a 10 am appointment. I was not told that how many maids they sent was not a guarantee. Also the day before the cleaning, I was sent an email stating that my appointment time was 8 am instead of 10 am. After 4hrs and 2 girls came to clean my house I just bought. They spent an hour and a half in my master bathroom alone. I still found the drain to the tub not cleaned. Also, found tons of dust and cob webs all over the walls and ceiling and behind sinks on my main level, plus they never cleaned the kitchen cabinets. Was very disappointed after all the money I spent.

Serial polluter. Trashes up our roadways with bandit signs. Our Rotary Group now has to go out tomorrow morning and clean these up. Thanks!
