Celia is the best! She is technically skilled, has a keen eye for detail, and is incredibly creative. For my wedding, she painted all six of my pets on my nails, and she even custom mixed colors to match their fur! She always helps me figure out what color or what designs to do when I come in with reference photos or just a vague idea of what I want.
