I'm so thankful for Beverly and all the help from Policyholders after my apartment flooded. Dealing with insurance is not fun at all, thankfully Policyholders came in to handle everything and take all the stress off my shoulders. I highly recommend using them, don't let the insurance companies give you the run around when you can have professionals like Beverly take the wheel and go to bat for you!
Unfortnately my insurance company unjustly denied my claim. I searched the internet for an advocate and fortunately found Ching Lee, whom I credit with getting the insurance company to reverse their determination.
Oh my GOSH!!!!! Anyobody who calls this place will be blessed if Ms. Beverly Cook answers the phone when you call this place!!! She has helped me tremendously in so many ways I cannot even count!!! This woman MAKES this whole company and she needs a raise and promoted ASAP!!! She is AMAZING!!
Ching Lee and Marc Gross were saviors when it came to negotiating our claim with our insurance company. They were very detailed, documenting our loss through the exacta-mate system, which paid dividends during the negotiation. Ching did a fantastic job throughout the entire process and successfully negotiated a much higher amount than they initially offered. Persistence and patience paid off!
