The homeless are broken in to the blue donation box on the highway near the parking lot near the north gate mall. Arrested the homeless. I am getting sick tired of the homeless they have enough clothes from the st John's Anglican Church. I want live in north bay because safe now the north bay getting lot worse because the homeless break in vehicles houses mailboxes.

Trying to report two large dogs running around my neighborhood, running in and out of people's yards, and no one can be bothered to answer the phone. Not even an answering machine, it just rings and rings with no answer. I tried multiple times, no one will answer.
