Extremely poor customer service. Just like military medicine, they know you have no choice but to be there so they talk to you like you are nothing. They are condescending and expect you to be familiar with all their arcane policies and procedures and resent having to provide help.
Not open to public. Waiting when you are sick is dreadful. Rarely is a good time had by all. Caveat Emptor.
