Hugely deceived, disappointed & hands down worst alignment ever. Then when contacted about this issue, they passed me off to a completely different shop. Think twice & three times before going to Policaro for performance work.

Policaro goes above and beyond! I may not know much about cars but I can feel the difference in my car after every oil change or major repair. It feels smoother, turns in a way that seems softer but you still get that speed and control. It sounds more like a hum rather than a guy with a sore throat. I brought my car in for an oil change, and less than five minutes and under 3 km after leaving the shop, my engine spun a rod bearing — during a drive where I did not exceed 3,000 rpm. This car had no prior issues, is at 120,000 km, and has had oil changes every 5,000 km. When I returned the following day, I was told by the shop’s BMW specialist that there was “absolutely no way” their work caused the failure and that it was simply a coincidence.
