My new house they did all the heating and air stuff and did a great job. There was a minor issue with the draining of the upstairs AC unit months later, but they came out quickly and took care of it for me no charge.
Please read entire review this is thorough. I am in the industry and have very high expectations of the work done on my own home. With that being said I was leery of who I hired to do my retrofit. When it comes to a complete heating and air system we trusted Palhamus heating and AC. They were all professional and courtesy. Company was recommended to us by a church acquaintance who is a contractor addressing our need to replace a 20+ year old heat pump/furnace. Four Trane choices were offered and explained after our estimate request. No pressure. Installation was timely and efficient followed by output testing at inside vents and final walk-through ending with a patient explanation of thermostat. Hoping this will endure as long as our previous one.
