Please read entire review this is thorough. I am in the industry and have very high expectations of the work done on my own home. With that being said I was leery of who I hired to do my retrofit. I chose polhamus because they are a local preferred contractor with the county for rebates and they are a union shop. They weren’t the cheapest but they were the most thorough on initial meeting.
