I purchased a Certified Polestar 2 w/ Performance Pkg from DARCARS Volvo in Rockville on Saturday. Everyone in the chain of this act is to be commended. Hannah and Nate were both excellent -- very responsive over the course of many emails and several phone calls. This was important as I was interested in different cars and not local to the area. They were happy to work out details over email, and once we had a deal I was content with, I made the trip and ended up purchasing the car. This location is terrible. Why Not be in NoVa or at least somewhere in DC with a parking area? We had to circle around 30 mins to find a parking spot. We came to this location once and told all our needs could not be met and we would have to come back later. Instead of coming back to DC location which mile wise is way closer we went on the Charlotte Polestar. That's how much on an inconvenience DC location is. Test drove a vehicle a week ago - summary - this. is opposite of what customer obsession defined by Amazon looks like. They don't even have parking for customers who schedule test drives - these are already high intent customers fwiw. It is a hassle to find parking in DC as it is. You would not have more than 2 test drives at any given time so I am finding this not believable that dealership can't afford 1-2 parking spaces?!!! Phenomenal crew at Polestar Washington!! They made the entire experience of purchasing a Polestar seamless. This is my first EV so had some hesitations at first but they answered any and all questions I had and took great care of me throughout the process. Cannot recommend Nate and Paul enough! Give them a call if you’re in the market for a Polestar!
