Booked a polestar 3 , two years ago it’s been. Two year wait no car , asked for a refund 6 months back spoke to several sales managers still my deposit has not been returned , every time I speak to someone they say it will take a few more days and nothing happens, if a company can’t be trusted with 1K how do you trust them with a 100K car!!
I was completely satisfied with my experience with Polestar Toronto. Silas was my sales representative. He worked with me in obtaining a nice electrical vehicle that met my daughter's needs and within my budget. Due to the dealer system down before my car delivery, we worried when we can pick up. Silas always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. Not only Silas, all the staff we contacted were very nice and helpful. Great car, bad customer service experience. Took delivery of a 2023 PS2 in April 2023 after an almost one-year wait. Lack of communication leading up to delivery, and having to call the dealership the day before delivery to confirm if delivery is still happening since no VIN number had been given to me yet. They also had my address wrong on the documents and promised to rectify it, but they never did and Scotiabank for the wrong information for financing.
