The service department is very efficient in their dealings with me when I visited to have some issues of my newly acquired Polestar 3. Unlike other Polestar I visited in the last 4 months, this place offered quality, professional and compassionate care to all their customers. Zero stars. Whoever the tall guy with dreads is, is basically there to repel people. Stuck up, terse, and not helpful. I have a Tesla and wasn’t strongly, considering switching to polestar, but no, it’s not something that I would ever consider.
So few reviews… Run for your life and never buy a Polestar! I called and made an inquiry here. Terrible customer service and just poor conversation with sales. They seemed so disinterested in selling me a car. They have an attitude here. I did my research and there are so many issues with Polestar vehicles. I was considering purchasing one. There are class action lawsuits against Polestar. Polestar is a dying brand. Volvo is trying to get rid of Polestar as well! I had a great experience this month with Polestar Tampa in Midtown. Evan and Jimmy were both very helpful and attentive in the process. I’m very happy now to be driving a Polestar 3!
Both finance mgr & Evan were prepared & detailed during the process & made it very enjoyable.
