Josue and team at Volvo/Polestar service took great care of me and my Polestar 3. Came in for software updates. They kept me abreast of progress and sent me off with an updated, washed and fully charged car. Great job.
Josue was great begging to end. It was our first time on a Polestar dealership and he made the experience really great. We had an issue with a second key caused by the actual dealer were we bought our car (not polestar) and he treated the situation with ownership and responsibility. We really appreciate Josue’s help, professionalism and politeness. Thanks Josue.
Lack of concern of my presence in location. Ended up driving over to the Volvo location as I was confused by the lack of anyone coming over to greet me and thought I was in the wrong place. The slow level of urgency was carried over while at the Volvo dealership where I was seated, told to wait for assistance, ending up walking out after 30 minutes of waiting. During my drive to another dealer decided to call Volvo to schedule an appointment to speak with a salesperson (thought it would be best as I was ignored while there).... read more
