Given the hype of the cars the actual experience was somewhat underwhelming. Hoping over time the car options improve.
A big thank you to Liam and the team for an awesome and personalised handover experience receiving our new Polestar 4 this week. We love the car and highly recommend Polestar Alexandria!
Very pleased with our experience. We were given time to evaluate things on our own and sales staff were happy to help but never pushy. They accommodated a number of requests to amend invoices etc for the financier although they were very keen to lock in a delivery date. And FWIW, after sales experience has also been very good. New car had a suspension noise and they gave a hire car for the day and were very willing to fix the issue.
As an old person they are not interested in me so will never return
