Nick made purchasing my Polestar 2 a very easy and quick process - especially considering I was coming from out of state. He made sure he and the car was ready for me so that I could minimize my time at the dealership and begin my long journey back home. And he also took the time to schedule a follow-up FaceTime session with me afterwards to review some additional features of the car that we were not able to review in person due to my limited time availability.
