Sold a brand-new faulty vehicle — zero accountability I picked up my brand new Polestar from Polestar of East Hanover / Short Hills, and within one day it displayed a propulsion system / electronic torque vectoring system fault. Wow! Just, WOW! I absolutely LOVED my experience at POLESTAR of Short Hills. I recently lost my 2021 Polestar to an accident after owning it for less than two months, and John and the staff at POLESTAR and Prestige Volvo, helped me secure ANOTHER Polestar 2. Plus, I did so before the tax credits disappeared on the 30th of September of this year.
