Recently purchased a car and overall it was a very positive experience. From the front desk to the other sales associates ,everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Luis was especially outstanding!! Dealership has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The only area with room for improvement would be the parts department counter.The person I interacted with was not friendly, which stood out . And the only reason why I’m giving it a 4star ! (Otherwise this would have been a 5 star rating)
Just bought a Certified Pre-Owned Polestar 2 from them. As an out-of-state customer the process was a bit more complex but John was willing to talk through my ideas and options at length. Had a good experience overall.

He was reponsive, upfront and honest throughout the process from my first reach out to delivery of the car to my home on Long Island. My wife and I had an excellent experience dealing with John Uy at Volvo/Polestar. From his fine Seiko timepiece to his Barbour jacket I know this was a guy I could do business with.
