Bought a used polestar (2022) and the sales rep, Ryan, was very helpful, thorough, and genuinely kind. When selecting and buying a car, these are key qualities we look for to help us feel comfortable during the a large purchase. After the sale, the maintenance technicians were very helpful as well to get the car ready for us and Walter was extremely helpful answering our questions regarding the car features. The only suggestion we have is to improve on the detailing of the car before revealing to buyer.
Nick was great. He understood our challenges and helped us find a vehicle that fit our needs.
Ryan was excellent to work with! He was extremely communicative and extremely helpful in guiding me to the purchase of my CPO Polestar 2! I would highly recommend working with him, and absolutely will in the future.

My experience buying a CPO Polestar 2 through Nick was quick and simple. I'm from CT so going down to look at the car wasn't easy. Thankfully, Nick was able to swiftly communicate over text. Because of this, I was able to ask all my questions and get everything ready fairly quick. When I made the trip to NJ, there were no surprises or hitches during the handover. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
