Jimmy in the service department is awesome. I had a software glitch which affected cell connectivity and since I live over 2 hours away, Jimmy ran through the procedure with me on the phone. Everything worked great and I got the issue resolved at home. I'll be heading in there in a few weeks for my 40k checkup and I know my Polestar 2 is in good hands. Thanks so much!
