Not the first time but about 3rd time in for service. 5 stars every time! First time had some minor warranty issue (moisture in tail light) Replaced under warranty. Second time was in for scheduled maintenance. 3rd time was for a windshield replacement. The service is great every time and issue is fixed/taken care on the first attempt. Couldn't ask for more.

Our experience with Polestar Bellevue was frustrating from start to finish. After waiting 18 months for our PS4, we were given less than a week over the holidays to finalize the purchase or lose the car. When we arrived to sign, the price increased by $2,500 due to a 'quote error,' a classic shady bait-and-switch tactic. Can't say enough good things about this Polestar Service Center! They've taken care of all of my Polestar 2's front suspension issues under warranty and they went above and beyond every time by either providing a loaner car or dropping off my car for me. Jimmy and the crew really are the best! We're lucky to have them in this area!
