Raul at Polestar Service Palo Alto took great care of me and my vehicle. The overall service process for Polestar still has some kinks, but Raul did everything he could to make it smooth for me. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of the whole way through.
Im calling and the phone number immediately disconnects. All the problems im having with my car so this is very on brand for Polestar. Why does no one there answer the phone?
I was put on a hold and nobody ever got back to me. You can’t make the service appointment online either. Please fix this!! This is extremely frustrating
