John and team did a great job - I was back on the road in no time in a much cleaner car.
The team at Polestar San Diego goes above and beyond. Luckily, I have not had to use their services much and when I do, I am always impressed. Jon handled the customer service on a current issue. He is always professional and patient even when they are super busy. The technicians know their stuff and there is no question they put the customer first. Hopefully, their corporate office appreciates that they are giving Polestar a great name!
Wow just awesome job. Great staff, fast, and friendly. I had a "propulsion" error on my PS2. They loaded up the latest firmware and recalibrated the motors. Called Polestar SD and David helped me with everyone. Orange County didn't have any techs at the Volvo dealership. They worked with me to get my car down there and to get a rental. Tons of logistics to setup but wow they made it work. Awesome service. Need more Polestar Service Centers that's for sure.
