I booked a test drive. They texted me multiple times throughout the week to confirm. All good. I showed up today and the sales person showed me how to adjust the mirrors and tossed me the keys. He said that the demo was on my own. I carved out time to do a demo and made an appointment so someone could show me the features of the $90k car I was literally there to purchase. Friendly and knowledgeable team.
Ibrahim was our onsite representative and was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us with several different test drives, answered questions, and ultimately helped us with lease paperwork. Madison was the off site manager and he too was friendly and knowledgeable. He was responsive to texts and calls. A few small things slipped through the cracks so as always, let the buyer beware and ask lots of questions.
The service center is incredible. My car has got some work done and while warranty you are provided with loaner vehicle. John and his team are wonderful people that get the work done in a quality way. They take their time while ensuring a fast overall service.
