We just purchased a Polstar and took it to have its service that was due. We purchased the car with over 100,000 miles and we were anticipating getting raked over the coals due to delayed maintenance. However, the Polestar service center treated us with respect and honesty and we felt like they were giving us very good advice and service. Highly recommend this service center if you have a Polstar..
Friendly staff, explained issues clearly, and had very fast turnaround time.
My nearly three year experience with Polestar from Laguna Beach, to South Coast, and San Diego has been excellent. All team members have performed admirably. David Sharon in particular has been a constant ally. John in SD also. Super responsive and always helpful. Love my ‘23 P2 Performance + and don’t know what I”ll do when the lease is up… probably keep it or get another one. Range is only concern. Irrespective: Highly recommend Polestar.
