I mean yeah sure the staff and location is great. But for everytime Polestar likes to tell you about their innovative and seamless experience of buying/leasing from them understand that underneath its just all Volvo, from the service to their financial services. The latter is archaic and is made, like every American car ownership, to be as painful as possible including not honoring protetion/coverage plans that you have paid in advance.
I was dreading having to shop for a new car. But Polestar Marin and Kevin, who helped me, made it a great experience. There was no sales pressure. I found a certified pre-owned car that they detailed inside/out. Now I love my Polestar 2!
I had a fantastic experience buying my Polestar 2 from Polestar Marine. Joey, the person who helped us, was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He treated us really well, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience super smooth. I’d definitely recommend that if anyone’s looking to buy a great car, they should check out Polestar Marin and ask for Joey.
Read the Polestar Marin response to Kevin’s post and saw the same empty, lame bullshit ‘Oh we’re so sorry, that’s not who we strive to be…’ But no ‘We’re going to fix your car and make you whole because that’s the right thing to do.’ So, I’ll go elsewhere.
Great experience all around. We came in looking to test drive and possibly buy a pre-owned Polestar 2 and left with a wonderful car. All our questions were thoroughly answered and it never felt like we were being pressured into making any decisions. Truly the perfect dealership experience.
