Same General Manager and owners for both. They do not care about you or your car, have little to no procedures to properly manage your car after you purchase. 10/10 experience here ALL around! Exactly what you'd wish modern-day car buying to be. Incredible service, beautiful showroom, the product (Polestar 3) is absolutely stunning, and efficient and transparent purchasing process. Kevin at the Marin center knew how to provide a seamless experience and made the unthinkable happen in locating what I needed and delivering it same-day. Michael did a fantastic job with a product demonstration, making sure I was well acquainted with the Polestar 3.
I went in today just for fun. I had a great welcoming by Kevin M. He showed me around and all my options, I ended up buying at a great price and affordable monthly payment. 100% recommend, the sales persons are very knowledgeable and take their time explaining every detail of the cars functionality.
Disappointing Service from Polestar Marin I purchased my Polestar 2 from Polestar Marin, and while I absolutely love the car itself, my experience with this dealership has soured my overall impression of the brand.
