Waited 3 hours 15 minutes just to change one tire... No compensation for time. Understaffed Service department, plenty staffed sales floor.
Over 3 hours for a single tire change... One tire... not Four.. One. Be prepared to wait. Bring Popcorn and a long movie before you arrive. No offer of ride share or loaner car despite being asked. Talked to 3 people regarding whether they had my tire in stock, and two people said no. Thankfully the second person I spoke with confirmed by putting his hand on the 7 they had in stock. If you don't have to come here because of warranty, I would most definitely go elsewhere that values your time more. Nice staff but... yeah. Las... read more

Courteous, Clean, and quick. The Polestar Sevice team was very helpful in putting my new plates on, which included adding the brackets to the front grill. 😀
