My son (huge electric fan) and I went in this morning to look at their vehicles and the gentleman there was so nice and interactive. I greatly appreciate him and wish all manufacturers had someone like him. Although I’m not in the market for a vehicle and just went in for my son to look around, he’s the type of gentleman that I would give my business to time and time again.
Generally avoid leaving bad reviews, but felt the need to warn others with this one. Scheduled a test drive and as soon as I walked in, the person there seemed baffled by me being there. He didn’t introduce himself, never addressed my wife and scanned me up and down judgmentally. Then the whole attitude from there felt like we were annoying him and the test drive was short, uninformative and our questions were answered in an unnecessarily rude tone. Can't say enough good things about Sergei and Shawn at Polestar Atlanta. I was an out-of-state buyer and they bent over backwards to help me get the information I needed to make a buying decision on a Certified Polestar 2. Ultimately, I did not buy from them, only because I did not find a vehicle that matched my specific priorities. But I sincerely appreciated the effort they put forward to help me out.
