Terrible customer service. I called a week ago about an emergency/time consuming issue and still never got a call back. When I called to find out why… I got excuses and was basically told my call got put on the back burner. Will never recommend these people!! THEYRE HORRIBLE!!
Ultimately this is on me for not doing enough research and getting a second opinion from someone on-site but I paid a lot more than I should have. Pole Green Services was referred by Dominion Energy Solutions to install an EV charger which was supplied by me. In fact, everything except a few feet of wire and a 240v plug was provided by me (charger, mounting lockbox and an existing 50A breaker already installed in the panel).
