MARIA is truly the BEST. She makes sure everybody understands what she’s teaching. She teaches with enthusiasm and that motivates me. Would love to join her series-2 classes. She deserves all the appreciation.
I love Pole Fitness Kingston, not only is the environment super welcoming, but instructors are happy to meet you at your level and celebrate all the littlest gains that may not seem like progress to others. I have had nothing but good experiences learning here for the past 6 months, and I'm so excited to continue my journey with the amazing PFK team!
The place is welcoming and very clean. I would rate it a 5/5 for those whose sole intention is practicing on their own means. However, if you're anything but an absolute beginner or an advanced level, it's extremely difficult to learn and advance. The series classes for levels 2 and above are offered only once a week. If that ONE specific time slot doesn't work, then you have to put classes on hold for months/ a year, possibly. Did the introduction to pole fitness class and I had so much fun! If I didn't work irregular hours I would definitely sign up for series one
I went with a few friends, it was great!!! The instructor was very welcoming and the class was fun but challenging. Will definitely go back
