A really warm and welcoming place!
Therapists do not practice de-escalating techniques well. Not a safe space for me. Better trauma informed staff would be helpful. Will take services elsewhere as there is little to no communication on the company’s behalf. Not seeking remedy, just taking off the recommended providers list. Tried calling for remedy already and not my fit. Do with that information as you want.
Was seen on Thursday by a therapist who was starting her first day at the practice. By Monday she was gone. It was a perfect fit. I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with another provider in the office. Starting over for the third time.
Amazing practice. I feel incredibly grateful to have found them. I have also referred some friends who have found a therapist they love within the practice as well.
