I didn’t end up staying long but Polaris was incredibly helpful. If circumstances permit in the future I will be using their services again.
A humiliating experience. From the pretend scents and nature sounds to the pretend empathy, I regressed during my time there and never felt heard or valued. There is a drink machine, however, which was literally and figuratively the warmest presence.
It can be scary finding a place to start healing, but PWG took that fear away. From the moment I emailed them about wanting to become a client they have been kind, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend this practice!
This place has really changed my life. I have done therapy for years but the trauma was still affecting my life. After doing EMDR with Elena, I feel as my trauma has resolved and I am able to feel like myself again. I highly recommend Elena and Polaris. Thank you for everything.
