The absolute worst therapy place you can go to. Therapists falling asleep mid session, and not listening from exhaustion, they schedule appointments without notifying you or telling you and then they charge you $100 for missing said appointment. This place is an absolute joke. I wouldn’t recommend, my wife got better care from a place abusing their workers and throwing her on meds she wasn’t supposed to be on.

Therapists do not practice de-escalating techniques well. Not a safe space for me. Better trauma informed staff would be helpful. Will take services elsewhere as there is little to no communication on the company’s behalf. Not seeking remedy, just taking off the recommended providers list. Tried calling for remedy already and not my fit. Do with that information as you want.
Was seen on Thursday by a therapist who was starting her first day at the practice. By Monday she was gone. It was a perfect fit. I didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with another provider in the office. Starting over for the third time.
